Airfix has released a new tool Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IXe model kit in 1/48 scale.
The new release (A05144) features 124 parts, paint layout sheet and three marking options representing machines from No.43 Squadron (A Flight), No.5 Eskadrille, Royal Danish Air Force (pictured above) and Brustem Advanced Pilot School, Brustem.

There are no guns, arms or powered seats with this plane. Ebay doesn’t like military planes listed. It is just a museum piece or an assortment of parts. Below is information on the history of the plane and information on the parts: 1954 Lockheed T-33 Shooting Star. Registered as Lockheed/Keasler LT-33 N330TR. License as Experimental NOT Experimental/Exhibition. This is a restoration project. It is 80% completed and have 105% of the parts. Many extra parts and a second engine. All work has been done by an award winning aircraft builder that was a T-33 instructor with 650 hours in the T-33. All restoration work beautifully done with 20% remaining. This plane is truly a piece of history that needs to be preserved. Finished in Arctic White with red USAF livery, it features GDL-89 ADS-B Out, Eisenhower Step, P Ponk landing gear, Air Wolf oil filter, and a relocated rear-seat battery for improved CG. I certify this engine has been inspected IAW scope and detail of FAR Part 43, appendix D, and found to be in condition for safe operation· Inspected airframe for condition. All metal structure powder coated. No anomalies found. Inspected battery location and security, Inspected brakes and landing gear condition Inspected wings and control surfaces for condition, Installed hub/dirt caps on main landings gear. Lubed cables and washed aircraft. R/R oil pressure gauge with like type from Manufacture. Checked markings to coincide with engine limitations.
