1. ABOUT AERODYNAMIC MEDIA
Aerodynamic Media, LLC is a North Carolina-based, online-only publisher specializing in aviation history, early aviation, aircraft restoration, aircraft technology, and related subjects.
We publish digital aviation magazines and related content. We also provide links through which customers may purchase print editions of certain publications from third-party providers.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Aerodynamic Media sells digital publications, primarily in PDF format. Digital products are delivered electronically rather than as physical products.
After completing a purchase, customers are provided with a download link. A download link may be provided on the order confirmation or completion page and may also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Download links may be subject to technical or reasonable usage limitations, including limits on the number of downloads and the period during which a download link remains available. These limitations may vary depending on the product and our technical configuration.
Digital products purchased from Aerodynamic Media are intended for the purchaser’s personal use. Unless we expressly provide written permission, purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual-property rights in that product to the purchaser.

You may not use a purchased publication in a manner that infringes the copyrights or other intellectual-property rights of Aerodynamic Media, its contributors, authors, photographers, or other rights holders.

Aerodynamic Media accepts submissions from members of the aviation and early-aviation community for possible publication. Submission of an article, photograph, illustration, or other material does not guarantee publication or compensation unless separately agreed in writing.
By submitting material for consideration, you represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to submit the material and that its publication will not knowingly infringe the rights of another person.
Contributors retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Aerodynamic Media may edit, format, adapt, and incorporate accepted submissions into its publications for editorial and publishing purposes.
We may decline to publish, edit, or remove submitted material at our discretion.
6. AVIATION AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
Aerodynamic Media publishes historical, technical, and educational material concerning aircraft, aircraft engines, components, restoration, construction, maintenance, operation, and related subjects.
Such information is provided for historical, educational, and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for applicable laws or regulations, current approved maintenance data, manufacturer’s instructions, airworthiness directives, engineering advice, qualified maintenance personnel, or other authoritative sources.
Aerodynamic Media does not represent or warrant that information published on the website or in its publications meets current or past airworthiness standards or is suitable for use in the construction, restoration, maintenance, repair, modification, or operation of any aircraft, aircraft engine, aerospace equipment, or component.

7. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Digital products are purchased directly through the Aerodynamic Media website. Our online store uses WooCommerce for ecommerce functionality and third-party payment processors, including PayPal, to process payments.
By submitting an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, technical errors, pricing errors, or other circumstances that may compromise the integrity or security of the transaction.

9. PRINT PUBLICATIONS
Certain print editions of Aerodynamic Media publications are made available through links to MagCloud, a separate third-party publishing and fulfillment service.
When you purchase a print publication through MagCloud, the transaction, printing, fulfillment, shipping, and applicable customer-service matters relating to that purchase are handled by MagCloud in accordance with its applicable terms and policies.
Aerodynamic Media does not control MagCloud’s printing, manufacturing, fulfillment, or shipping operations and is not responsible for delays, defects, shipping problems, or other matters arising from MagCloud’s services, except to the extent required by applicable law.

10. AFFILIATE LINKS AND ADVERTISING
Aerodynamic Media may participate in affiliate programs, including programs operated by Amazon and eBay. Some links on the website may be affiliate links, meaning Aerodynamic Media may receive a commission or other compensation if you make a qualifying purchase through certain links.
