Special Hobby Releases New Tool Bf 109E-4 Model Kit

Special Hobby has released their new tool Bf 109E-4 model kit in 1/72 scale.

The offering (SH72439) was reportedly produced in collaboration with Eduard, which provided basic data for the 3D model. The result includes three sprues (two grey styrene and one clear) with options to display the engine and fuselage machine gun cover panels open or closed. In addition, the wing flaps, slats and ailerons can also be posed in differing positions.

Marking options are included for four machines, including E-4s flown by Gerhard Schopfel of III./JG 26, Oblt. Helmut Wick (W/N 4148) of III./JG 2 and Hptm. Wolfgang Lippert (W/N 4148) of II./JG 27. “Yellow 8” of III./JG 52 is also represented.

ICM Releases New Tool 1/32 DH.82A Tiger Moth Kit

ICM has released their new tool DH.82A Tiger Moth model kit in 1/32 scale.

As previously reported, the kit (32035) is produced using “100% new molds” and includes a highly detailed engine and cockpit interior as well as marking options for two machines. Liveries represent machines operating with 25 (Polish) EFTS in the summer of 1944, and 3 Squadron Flight Training Squadron at RAF Grantham in 1938.

Has been registered with the CAA and was flying on PFA /LAA permit at time of accident G-BPUD and comes with its CAA airframe logs. Complete and very detailed drawings are available I have most drawings for repair which are included in the sale. Chance to own and rebuild a Two seat, aerobatic, affordable vintage aircraft could be repaired to flying condition or static display. Forced Landing Accident saw it put into storage some years back. Currently stripped down for repair.

Mostly the airframe is complete although needing repair. Two sets of wings ( as per photo original yellow coloured ones in photos with damaged spare uncovered wings laying on top all flying controls surfaces were pretty much undamaged also have spare elevator, rudder, flap, ailerons, vertical fin. Crate of engine parts comes with it, including 3 crankshafts, 3 crankcases, 6 cylinders, pistons, cams, 3 back cases many parts, almost complete Un damaged undercarriage including 2 tail wheel assemblies, propeller in excellent condition and hub. Cowlings, windshield x2, may other unlisted and not in photos.
