This lynx AH7 airframe was one of 2 used in the film Edge of Tomorrow. The prop comes as the photos show but without the sign. It’s has a fabricated mounting for 4 main rotor blades, these can be purchased separately.

The Lynx is a multi-purpose twin-engine battlefield helicopter which was introduced in 1978 and went on to serve with UK, German, South Korean and French forces (among others), seeing action in the Falklands conflict, the Gulf War, etc. The type was retired by the Royal Navy and British Army in 2017-18.
