A 77 x 40″ fabric section touted as original Hawker Hurricane covering material has been spotted for sale. The listing states (in part):

RAF museum and veteran documents. 77” x 40” starboard section. If you collect you know large sections of fabric extremely rare. Very fragile with paint loss. Front lightly treated to prevent additional paint loss. Should be shipped flat. Clear fabric reinforcement tape applied on weak seams on rear. Can be removed if necessary. Copies of all documentation pictured and more will be provided.

Two Nord 1101/Messerschmitt 208 aircraft projects are currently available for sale. The listing states (in part):

For sale today is a fantastic opportunity to purchase 2x Nord 1101/Messerschmitt 208 aircraft. The first and nicer aircraft is 90% complete with wings, undercarriage, wheels and one engine cowling. It has been totally stripped of paint and been painted in yellow primer and then a nice green topcoat. The tail fin still retaining a painted marking. The other one is just a fuselage in grey, the cockpit does have rudder pedals, control grips and a throttle box though. This one also has undercarriage to and could easily be used as a film prop or crashed aircraft display. Both would also make Ideal projects to turn into museum exhibits or for use on the 1940’s show circuits making fantastic diorama displays. Neither have any engines or propellers and need work internally to the cockpit but both are great projects.

BAC Jet Provost Mk. V N287XW has hit the market. The listing states (in part):

N287XW (Ser XW287) is the first pressurized Mk. 5 to roll off the assembly line at the British Air Corporation. It was used by the Royal Air Force as a jet trainer and as a demonstration aircraft. It flew as part of the “Red Pelican’s” Team. N287XW was imported into the USA in 1994 and then acquired by the current owner in July 2017. N287XW flew at Oshkosh 2018 with the RAF Spitfire & RAF DHC-1 Chipmunk as part of the RAF 100th Anniversary Showcase.

For sale at a bargain price is my Titan T51 Mustang, First to be built & flown in Europe in 2009 , Built by Dave Stephens. Rotax 912s engine; 400 hours total on engine and airframe; Some accident history a few years ago with the second owner, gear up landing, The original builder recovered the aircraft and carried out all repair work. MT Constant speed propeller; 3 way retractable gear; She’s still flying with permit until May 2020 but requires work to bring her upto 100%.

Selling Vintage Used 12 1/2 Ft. section of a 1957 T-33 USAF Aircraft. Serial Number 57-654-A, comes with ejection seat and custom made 4″ tubular cradle with double wheel caster. Can be rolled around by one person easily.

“Multiple Award Winning” Fairey Firefly AS-6 Offered For Sale

1950 Fairey Firefly AS-6 S/N 135129 (N518WB) described as a “multiple award winning aircraft” has hit the market.

WB518 was one of the first ten MK VI s built but still retains the earlier fuselage of the MK V. The aircraft was originally delivered to 817 Squadron. 817 Squadron then exchanged their aircraft for those of 816 Squadron for duty in Korea… After being flown on the US airshow circuit for a decade, WB518 was damaged in a landing accident in 2012 due to a parts failure on the landing gear. The Firefly was returned to Q.G. Aviation in Colorado who completed the re-restoration in 2019. WB518 made a triumphant public return at Oshkosh 2019.

The airframe reportedly has 1100 hrs TTSN (200 since restoration by Q.G. Aviation, 10 Since IRAN / re-restoration), while the Rolls Royce Griffon 74 engine has 10 SMOH by Vintage V-12s. The machine is touted as winner of Grand Champion-Post WW2 (Oshkosh 2002), Golden Wrench Award (Q.G. Aviation), 2002 Rolls Royce Heritage Award and People’s Choice Award (2002 Rolls Royce Heritage Competition).
