The helicopter has been restored to static display condition that can be placed at a museum or used for parades, it does come with transmission and rotor components but it does not include the engine ,42 deg gear box and shafts as they are not needed for static display. The helicopter is currently 95% completed and will be finished by the time the listing ends so, the helicopter will be sold ready for display, there will be nothing that the buyer will need to do except the installation of the blades…

The listing also states, “this helicopter is for static purposes only, most of its components are not airworthy. Selling project aircraft due to recent relocation for work, great project aircraft for any Beech 18 enthusiast!! No reserve on auction, first bid gets it. Logs are complete from 1970 through 2001, however some logs are missing from 2001 – 2009 (last flight 2009). Additional logs also exist from 1952 – 1970s. I have the airworthiness certificate and I am working with local FAA DAR to register the aircraft and prep for a ferry flight certificate.

Rare Jaguar T2 Cockpit Section Offered For Sale

The cockpit section of Sepecat Jaguar T2 XX140 has hit the market as a restoration project. The product description states:

Jaguar T-Bird cockpit sections are very rare. To our knowledge there are only two. This one and the one on display at Norwich Aircraft Museum.

We are now offering up the cockpit as a project cockpit as can be seen from the photos it needs some work. The cockpit is reasonably complete externally (see pics). It has a “new old stock” canopy all fitted to the fwd cockpit which on its own cost £5k. The nose cone is included. We can unbolt it at the bulkhead if required if the new owner required the intakes removing to make the unit more manageable, however we think the intakes really make it!

“Hot Rod” of Provost Jets Offered For Sale, “Flies Great”

A Rolls Royce Viper-powered BAC Jet Provost Mk IV has hit the market.

The Mk IV is “considered to be the hot rod of Provost jets.” This particular machine (S/N XR-701) was reportedly assigned to the British College of Air Warfare and was a member of the MACAWS flight demonstration team. It reportedly “flies great” and includes “complete logs since new including military logs.”

Additional features reportedly include a Garmin radio and PS Engineering intercom and “very original” interior with intact seats and chutes (seats have been deactivated but are believed to be complete).

Eight years building. 400 pictures available. Beautiful flying airplane; electric start; aerobatic box spars.
