Everything was working fine before stored at hanger. Hanger rental can be taken over by new owner. A 1946 Commonwealth (Rearwin) CW185 Skyranger airframe project has been spotted for sale. The listing states (in part):

1946 Commonwealth (Rearwin) CW185 airframe complete, no accident, hail only!… This airplane did not crash or have an accident. It was tied down outside without the full custom Bruce’s wing covers, cowl covers and fuselage covers installed (these covers are all included), when a hailstorm came by and damaged the Ceconite covering on the tops of the wings and fuselage. There was no structural damage that occurred as a result of the hail. This aircraft has been upgraded over the years, and now has: Cleveland wheels and brakes, Scott tailwheel assembly… Sold with the complete logbooks since day 1, which was 12/5/1946!

This is a very rare example and has been dry stored for many years but is currently in outside storage… The Pilot positions do have the Ejection Seats and some of the side consoles along with other items but I cannot be more precise… Clearly this Cockpit does need restoration but the cockpit was removed aft of the transport joint and therefore not open to the elements… In good restorable condition for display only with no airworthiness attached or implied.

De Havilland Gipsy 1C total hrs 1199 from zero timed, log books with engine, which running when removed from plane. Engine has electric starter motor. complete with engine stand. All valve guides replaced, 1new exhaust seat fitted and 4 new exhaust valves fitted. All inlet and exhaust seats recut and all valves lapped in. Cylinder heads re- assembled, but not bolted down to allow buyer inspection (new cylinder head gaskets with engine). Complete with all ancillaries, mags, exhaust pipes spark plugs, baffles. and log books. Buyer to complete assembly of pushrods, rocker covers etc. De Havilland book with engine showing assembly and timing details.
