Copper State Models to Release 1/32 Hansa Brandenburg D.I Kit

In addition to their recent Nieuport announcement, Copper State Models has revealed that they recently completed work on a 1/32 Hansa Brandenburg D.I model for future release.

The D.I was introduced in 1916 bearing a unique “star-strutter” configuration of interplane struts, a single Schwarzlose machine gun and an Austro-Daimler powerplant. Although some examples served through the remainder of the WW1, it was plagued with handling difficulties that earned it the nickname “the coffin.”

Details on the kit are scarce at the moment, although it is currently slated for an early 2020 release. Click below to check out an additional image.

Copper State Models to Release 3 New 1/32 Nieuport Model Kits

Copper State Models has announced the upcoming release of three new Nieuport model kits in 1/32 scale.

The kits will represent the XXI (CSM32003), XXII (CSM32004) and XXII (RFC service / CSM32005), with each reportedly including four marking options and “new, accurate parts.”

At the moment, few details have been released, but the kits are expected to be ready toward the end of the year. Click below to check out additional images.

Copper State’s New Handley Page O/400 Kit “On The Finish Line”

Copper State Models has announced that their upcoming Handley Page O/400 kit “is on the finish line.”

The company states that all the parts for the 1/48 resin kit are molded and cast and that masks are cut. They are currently waiting on the printing of the kit’s decals, which is estimated at three weeks.

The offering was prepared “in the best possible way” and reportedly includes more than 1.5kg of resin, more than 2m of wire to reinforce struts/wings, 63cm wingspan, 232 resin parts and 12 clear resin parts, 60 struts with reinforcing wire inside, 2 big sheets of masks (for Roundles) and decals printed by Cartograf, 4 marking options and instructions on a USB stick. Copper State Models Releases New 1/32 Nieuport 17 Model Kits

Copper State Models has announced the release of two new 1/32 Nieuport 17 model kits representing both early and late variants of the type.

Each kit reportedly includes plastic frets, photo etched parts, color instructions, film for windscreen and Cartograf decals with marking options for four machines.

Shipping will reportedly take place after November 20.
