Last flown and annual inspection 2009. Has been stored in open sided hangar in Selma, CA. Ruddervators tested in 09 and well within limits. Overhauled gear motor. E225 with hydraulic Prop. Plane will need much maintenance to fly out. Prefer purchaser uses as parts plane. Sold as is where is. Plane is currently in enclosed hangar and it is available for rent or can be moved to tie down. No reserve auction. Sold with bill of sale. ENGINE is an E185 Per Paperwork TTAF 6993 SMOH 957 1996 Paint Poor condition Rudders tested 2001, always under cover since. Airplane complete.

Also has large new tail wheel recently installed and has large balloon tires for on and off airport landings… Also have smaller tires that comes with it if you want to swap out.
