A T-33 cockpit section has been spotted for sale. The listing states (in part):

1950’s era Lockheed T-33 Shooting Star cockpit fuselage section with both seats and canopy. Dashes are present with 10 gauges still mounted. Sticks are missing their grips, and there is a 6″ tear in the metal on left side below rear seat. This is a great project for a static display… Fuselage section measures 20′ 6″ in length, 5′ 6″ in width, 5′ 9″ in height with an approximate weight of 2500 .lbs and can be transported by a rollback wrecker.

a “vintage, original” 1957 T-33 cockpit section has hit the market. The listing states (in part):

Selling Vintage Used 12 1/2 Ft. section of a 1957 T-33 USAF Aircraft. Serial Number 57-654-A, comes with ejection seat and custom made 4″ tubular cradle with double wheel caster. Can be rolled around by one person easily.

T-33 Forward Fuselage/Cockpit Offered For Sale

The listing states that the machine is on a trailer which is included with the sale. The section is described as a “great sign or display” – its canopy will reportedly open with a 110 volt extension cord and both seats remain in cockpit, although they are in need of recovering.
