For sale is a beautifully maintained 1959 Piper PA18A-150 Super Cub, S# 18-7094, with 4,495.5 total time hours (subject to change). Always hangared, this aircraft features extensive upgrades and improvements for performance and safety. It’s equipped with white powder-coated Univair heavy-duty gear (STC approved), new landing gear hardware, bungees, Atlee/Dodge safety cables, Steve’s brake cylinders and gascolator, and a rebuilt Scott 3200 tailwheel (2024). The cockpit includes Micro VGs, a Hooker 4-point harness, a new mixture cable, fuel selector, and battery. The Lycoming O-320-A2B engine, overhauled by Penn Yan Aero, has only 130.2 hours SMOH, complemented by a new engine mount, bushings, Airform baffles, hoses, Scat tubing, carburetor, Skytech starter, and magnetos.
