An 80 Le Rhone-powered Sopwith Dove (G-EAGA) has been relisted for sale.

The type is a two-seat variant of the Sopwith Pup with dual controls. According to the listing, this example was constructed by Skysport Engineering in 1993 and incorporates some original parts from the Shuttleworth Collection’s Sopwith Pup (which was originally a Dove). It inherited the identity W/O 3004/1, which was first registered to Sopwith in July 1919 as K157 (later G-EAGA).

The airframe reportedly has 12 hrs while the engine has 2.5 hrs since complete overhaul. The current owner has an arrangement with the Shuttleworth Collection of Bedfordshire, England, which houses and maintains the aircraft while also using it in their regular air displays. This agreement can be transferred to the new owner.

Pricing is available upon application. Click here to check out the complete listing.
