A “restored, museum condition” 1966 UH-1H Huey in Medevac configuration has hit the market. The listing states (in part):

The helicopter is an in and out restoration project, in Medevac configuration, the interior was stripped, repainted and re assembled with some newer components and seats, (I can offer litter setup with purchase) the exterior has been completely repainted as well and new letters painted. Potential buyers, please know that this aircraft does not come with data plate or maintenance records, it can’t be made to fly so please don’t ask what it takes to be flyable, is for static purposes only… The aircraft is ready to put in a museum or use at a parade… The aircraft has many of its components, there are some not visible components not installed but, all visible are there for complete static display. The transmission is installed and the engine will be included with the purchase. The helicopter comes with both sets of main and tail rotor blades, i will leave them removed for transportation purposes though…

A static display UH-1H Huey has hit the market. The listing states (in part):

1966 UH-1H Huey in great condition, s/n 66-1080. The helicopter is a perfect aircraft for static display, it comes as pictured with main and tail rotor blades included. The helicopter comes with logs and data plate, it does not have airworthy rotor components. All are timed out and from other aircraft. The aircraft has a transmission case but no engine.

A 1966 Bell UH-1H Huey helicopter (S/N 66-1080) has hit the market. The listing states (in part):

The helicopter has been restored to static display condition that can be placed at a museum or used for parades, it does come with transmission and rotor components but it does not include the engine ,42 deg gear box and shafts as they are not needed for static display. The helicopter is currently 95% completed and will be finished by the time the listing ends so, the helicopter will be sold ready for display, there will be nothing that the buyer will need to do except the installation of the blades…

The listing also states, “this helicopter is for static purposes only, most of its components are not airworthy. To include transmission, blades,main and tail rotor components.” It is located in Tampa, Florida and is currently being offered for US $62,000, although the seller notes that “other aircraft and cash” will be considered.
