A 1977 Cessna 172N Skyhawk has been spotted for sale. The listing states (in part):

N75926 is a well-maintained Cessna 172N training aircraft with a total time of 10,250 hours. The Lycoming O-320 H2AD engine was overhauled by Signature Engines in November 2022 and has 1,575 hours since major overhaul. This aircraft features modern avionics, including a G5 Attitude Indicator, G5 Horizontal Situation Indicator, Garmin 430W GPS, and a Garmin 335 Transponder with ADSB out. The interior has been updated in 2023, with seats covered in faux leather, making it a favorite among students, CFIs, and renter pilots. It is a pleasure to fly and is ready for its next adventure. The annual inspection was completed on October 1, 2025.
