Built 2005 Murphy Renegade Spirit II. Experimental aircraft. Open cockpit bi wing. Not currently airworthy but in good shape. Always hangered… Engine just need maintenance but otherwise very nice aircraft… Last flown 2014-2015 not sure if all logbooks are current. Has blueprints and some logs. Everything was working fine before stored at hanger. Hanger rental can be taken over by new owner.
