Total Time (TT): approximately 3400. Engine: Lycoming O-360/O-540 with approximately 1150 hours since major overhaul. Equipped with a three-bladed propeller. Avionics include a Garmin GNS 430 WAAS Nav/Comm/GPS, PMA 8000 audio panel, Narco comm radio, Garmin GTX335 ADS-B transponder, and is pre-wired for a Garmin GTX 345 transponder; the original Piper Autocontrol autopilot is functional… Maintenance history shows the aircraft has always been hangared and meticulously maintained, with detailed logbooks available from the early 1990s. The last annual was completed in April 2026, with all ADs reset to zero including the tail horn and landing gear, and new bungees installed.
