Digital Downloads
Digital products from our online store (https://aerodynamicmedia.com/shop/) are delivered instantly via download link upon purchase completion. No shipping applies. Access is immediate and available 24/7. You receive non-transferable permission for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing PDFs is prohibited.
Returns and refunds are not offered for digital downloads once accessed or downloaded, as they are intangible and non-returnable by nature. If you experience download issues (e.g., link failure), contact us within 24 hours at info@aerodynamicmedia.com for a replacement link. No refunds provided.
Print-on-Demand Products
Print-on-demand items (magazines / calendars) are custom-produced and fulfilled directly by MagCloud. All print returns, refunds, and related issues are governed exclusively by MagCloud’s policies, which are out of our control. Review their terms on their Terms of Service page.
General Terms
We rely on MagCloud’s fulfillment; any disputes follow their terms where applicable. Changes to this Policy are effective upon posting.
