P-51 S/N 44-74813 (N151BW) has been spotted for sale. The machine is described as a grand champion award winner (Oshkosh 2002) which is very well cared for and flown very little, but regularly, since restoration. The listing states (in part):
385 Hrs since Midwest Aero restoration and Vintage V-12 Overhaul. 50 Hrs since Roush Heads & Banks. All the goodies! Spitfire Mirrors, Guns, Ammo-belts, Drop-tanks, Gunsight, very stock panel, New Cuffs on Prop in’17. Pre-oiler, spin-on oil filters, Rotax Mags, Hinz filter, Shadin, Looks fantastic!
The airframe reportedly has 1500 hrs TT (estimated) and is equipped with a Packard/Rolls Royce V-1650-7 engine (S/N v-333953) and a Hamilton Standard 25D-50 Hub (S/N 150699) with 7523A-24 blades.
