A Hatz biplane project has been spotted for sale. The listing states (in part):
Hatz Kelly D experimental; Very complete minus prop; Good rolling frame and running Rotax 65 hp engine; Needs plenty of work; Very solid, complete project; Stored inside; Spars appear good as well as ribs. Cover on 3 wings ok , 4th not so good. Best to recover all although one could cover one wing and use the others as is. 2 rolls of fabric and a good, complete set of plans included; 0235 eng mount included; All control cables intact. Everything is there, 4 wings, all tail feathers, wing supports, gear, wheel pants etc.
