A de Havilland DHC1 Chipmunk fuselage “project / flight simulator” has been spotted for sale. The listing states (in part):

Offered for sale here as photographed is the fuselage, seat bases, canopy frame, ex-military logbooks and civilian flying logbooks (G-BXDA).
The project is located in Hepscott, United Kingdom and is currently being offered for £2,750, although offers are also being accepted. Click here to check out the listing on eBay.
