The aircraft entered service in 1942, operating with US Command North Africa and the 9th US Army Air Force based in France. Following WW2, it served with Aigle Azur Airlines as well as various French and African operators before returning to the US in 1983. In 2015 it was acquired by the Russian Aviation Company and flown to Russia.
Features dual control and flight panel, electric loading winch and a wide cargo door. Heated cabin. Documents are available. Avgas 100LL consumption at the cruise speed of 200 km/h and load of 2,000 kg is 380 liters. Good condition of exterior skin and interior. Technically sound. Airframe: Total flight hours – 31,200 hours. No service life limit. Condition-based use. No major damage has been suffered. Engines: 2xPratt-Whitney R-1830-90D, 1,200 h.p. each, time between overhaul – 1,600 hours, time to overhaul – 1,099/1,006 (left/right).
