A Beech H35 Bonanza project has been spotted for sale. The listing states (in part):

H35 S/N D5003 Manufactured 1957; Logs sincenew in Wichita; AFTT/ETT:4948.1; IO-470-N –260 Horsepower; SFRM: 398.2; Last annual1-18-2019; Tip Tanks – 20Gallons! Gross Weight Increased to 3050 Lbs; Total Useful Load 1027 LB; Delivery Available… Engine: IO-470-N; Last annual 1-18-19… Landedwith gear stuck in half-down position. Main and nose Gear doors needreplaced (serviceable main gear pair included), prop strike, but no belly skin damage. Crankdial checked.001″ and dye penentrant checked OK. Myers Aviation is not offering to repair and reassemble due to present workload.
