1946 Bellanca 14-13 Cruisair Project For Sale: “Most Parts Ready For Reinstallation”

A 1946 Bellanca 14-13 Cruisair project has been spotted for sale. The listing states:

“New Sensenich wood propeller comes with the airplane. The engine has been checked for run out and is in specification. According to the engine log, the engine around 150 hours since its overhaul. Spars have been checked per applicable ADs and are in compliance. Most parts are completed and ready for reinstallation. The entire instrument panel has new laser engraved placards. A New lower cowl, nearly finished, is included. The original main cowl is included, but needs to be replaced. Fabric is in good condition. Additional new fabric, tapes, and glue to finish reassembly are included, as well as extra aircraft grade plywood, aluminum, and various other parts sufficient, to complete the reassembly. The only known missing item is the tail-end linkage for the trim tab. This is not a hard part to replicate. Both fuel tanks have been removed, cleaned and pressure tested. New fuel senders are installed in them. New wood panels of correct thickness, composition and exact copies of the originals have been completed. Minor final skin and fabric work would allow reinstallation of the pilot’s side wing. For the most part, the airplane needs assembly to complete it. All logs dating back to 1946 are included.”
