Clean airplane which had the spar and covering done 2017 .All logs in a binder. I have original wheel pants, gear fairing and original spinner (off for paint) and many extras. Garmin GPS/Com GNC 300, Garmin Transponder GTX 327 with mode C. mode S and ADSB available on unit, Hard wired intercom and phone jacks with music input etc.. ELT. Original panel… no cut ins. Continental C-85 hand start (first flip), 80 octane minimum but I run on 100LL. 5gal/hour fuel burn. 15 gal front tank, 8 gal rear tank. Heel brakes, disk brakes. Burns no oil. Coming up on 500 hours SMOH. Compression high 70s. Airframe TT1900. McCauley cruise prop (started to polish). Good tires. Does 110 mph. 500 FPM 2 adults. Grandfathered in….. no ADSB required!! Daily flyer and conversation piece. I am third owner since new. Fresh annual. Battery and trickle charger installed and good for 7 hours. However, I have a wind generator just not installed yet. Many new parts I have that can be installed when needed. I buy them when available. Oil change every 20 hours. Quick drain.
