TP-40N Becomes the Latest Subject for Kermit Weeks’ “Kermie Cam” Series [Video]

On the heels of his recently completed videos on the P-51D, Fantasy of Flight owner Kermit Weeks has announced that his “Kermie Cam” series will next focus on the Curtiss TP-40N.

In anticipation of the release, Weeks posted a new teaser video featuring a walk around and general information on the aircraft (S/N 44-47923), which is one of roughly 40 examples of the type built with dual controls. Before being acquired by Fantasy of Flight, the machine operated with the Tallmantz Collection and appeared in the films Death Chase and Tora! Tora! Tora!.

Click below to check out the new video. Part 1 is currently slated for release on Friday and will be posted here, along with additional parts in the series as they become available.
